Pokemon Go developer Niantic, is getting a Netflix anime series.
Niantic founder John Hanke told Variety that Ingress: The Animation will premiere this October and coincide with the launch of the game's sequel, Ingress Prime. Craftar is the animation studio behind the show, with Yuhei Sakuragi directing and Neon Genesis Evangelion's Takeshi Honda handling character design.
Fuji TV revealed the above key art, showcasing Ingress: The Animation's three main characters (from left to right) Makoto, Sarah and Jack.
