With the number of novel coronavirus (nCoV) cases fast increasing worldwide, families who have elderly folk and young children have become understandably worried.
Heavenly King Aaron Kwok is no exception since he has two young daughters: two-year-old Chantelle, 2, and 10-month-old Charlotte. He has reportedly banned them from leaving the house. His reason? “There's no need to go out and there's no need to go to school. Just stay at home and sing instead," he said.
His wife Moka Fang had wanted to visit her family in Shanghai during Chinese New Year but her plans have been postponed indefinitely because of the outbreak.
Meanwhile, it’s still business as usual for Aaron, who is now on the US leg of his world tour. While his family has remained in Hongkong, he shared that Moka constantly reminds him to put on a mask whenever he's outside.
In related news, Aaron became the latest celeb to fall victim to hackers. Over the weekend, someone accessed his Instagram account and followed a page that gave updates on the medical workers strike going on in Hongkong.
This led netizens to think that the 54-year-old star was a supporter of the movement. Aaron has since clarified that the “unusual activity” on his account was the work of hackers. He added that he has strengthened the security of his password and that investigations about how the hacking happened are now underway.
