Carina Lau conquers her fears by going paragliding in Switzerland

Hong Kong actress Carina Lau has always been known for her love of the great outdoors and exercising. 

While on holiday in Switzerland, Carina decided to take the plunge and go paragliding, sharing short snippets of her experience online.

On October 5, Carina uploaded the videos onto her Instagram account, which showed her paragliding over the picturesque town of Interlaken with a male instructor.

​The experience gave her a 360 degree view of the town, which she shared with her fans through the video. A short part of the video also featured clips of the actress while she was paragliding. While she appeared fearless on camera, constantly smiling and yelling in excitement, Carina’s caption suggested otherwise.

“Sometimes, it is not the result that is important. Rather, it is the process of conquering (your) fear that is more meaningful,” she wrote.

Netizens have lauded Carina for going paragliding, with some even commenting that they would’ve been scared “half to death” if they had to do the same thing.
