Casino King's Son Mario Ho Reportedly Receives S$90Mil Mansion ’Cos His Wife Gave Birth To A Boy2/7/2020 When Mario Ho became a dad after his Chinese supermodel wife Ming Xi gave birth to their son Ronaldo last October, he reportedly received 100mil yuan (S$20mil) from his Casino King dad, Stanley Ho. Ronaldo is said to be the first grandson of the expansive Ho clan, which consists of Stanley’s four wives and 17 children.
Now, Mario’s mum Angela Leong aka Stanley’s fourth wife, is rewarding the couple with another gift — a mansion that's reportedly worth a whopping HK$500mil (S$90mil) — on Mario’s 25th birthday, no less. It is said that Angela had rented and stayed at the mansion for six years before deeming the house suitable for purchase. Even though the transaction was done on January 7, the media only found out about it yesterday (Feb 6) when reporters dug out a land registry document naming Mario as the owner of the residence. When asked by reporters, Angela declined to reveal more. But according to reports, the mansion is located at Deep Water Bay, one of Hongkong’s most upscale neighbourhoods. “[The house] was bought earlier and the public only just knew about it. However, I think we should focus on fighting the coronavirus now instead,” said Angela. Recently, Mario was mocked by netizens who accused him of “having a child just for the inheritance”. He later fought back saying, "The money has long been split, go and watch the news, stupid," his frustration about being dragged into such gossip palpable.
