Cecilia Cheung’s son Lucas is Nicholas Tse’s mini-me

​Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung’s latest Weibo updates had netizens rubbing their eyes in disbelief, after spotting ‘Nicholas Tse’ in the background of her picture.

On Sunday (March 11), the 38-year-old posted a picture on Weibo. In her caption, she wrote that she was “shocked" to see an unknown male in her house. However, when she looked closer, she realised that it was her eldest son, Lucas Tse.

“I really can’t believe that the speed at which they’re growing up is faster that the changes in the weather. Every day, they grow taller by a few centimetres. now, they’re even taller than me,” she wrote.

In the picture, Lucas, who was seated at a table, focused his full attention on the phone in his hand.

Though he’s only 11 this year, his pose, as well as his all-black outfit, reminded netizens of his father, Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse.

“A direct copy of Nicholas Tse”, one netizen wrote, while another commented that Lucas looks “just like Nicholas when he was younger”.

Cecilia split from Hong Kong actor Nicholas Tse in 2012 after six years of marriage. The couple has two sons together, Lucas, 11, and Quintus, 8. The actress gave birth to her third son, nicknamed ‘Little Prince’, late last year.
