Chinese actor Han Geng and Hong Kong-American actress Celina Jade tied the knot on December 31, embarking on a new chapter in their lives at the turn of the decade. Since getting hitched, they have shared a number of beautiful photos that they took during their wedding, along with their pre-wedding shoot.
This week, however, it seems that they’ve upped the ante with the newest batch of photos, which are believed to have been shot in New Zealand.
Although the cost of their photoshoot was not revealed, netizens believe that it cost a substantial amount given the number of locations and complexity of the props used. Among the snaps were the pair in elaborate traditional Chinese wedding outfits popping champagne on top of a hill and riding white horses around a sprawling meadow.
They also climbed up to a snow-covered mountain, and even rented a vintage car and helicopter as props for this series of snaps.
Han Geng and Celina’s respective outfits also caught the attention of netizens, who pointed out that the tuxedo, wedding gown, Chinese traditional outfits and diamond jewelry that they wore during the shoot are likely to have been purchased or rented at a high price.
Neither of the stars have responded to queries about the price tag of their multiple wedding photoshoots at press time.
