Korean thriller 'Voice' returns with second season

​South Korean actors Lee Jin Wook, Lee Ha Na, Son Eun Seo, Ahn Se Ha and Kim Woo Suk held a press conference to promote their new TV series Voice 2 in Seoul on August 7.

The second season will be shorter than the first season. The director explained that he wanted to save some of the stories for the third season, but promised that the villain in season two would be more evil.

Ha Na, who reprises her role from the first season, explained that season one star Jang Hyuk's character is taking care of his sick son, hence his absence from the new series. "My goal in the first season was revenge. This time, I will go out to see a bigger world and bear more responsibilities," she said.

Jin Wook said, "It's very interesting to tell stories through the eyes of the criminal. The first season enjoyed great success, so I tried to play my role in a different style to continue the success."
