Besides fragrance hot pot, another must-try signature dish is their spicy grilled fish. After deep-frying the whole fish, it is then cooked together with the special homemade sauce. Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, the fish goes well with the sauce that consist of a blend of 28 different herbs and spices.
