Ma Dong Seok gains 21 inches of muscle to play arm wrestler

​Ma Dong Seok, Kwon Yul and Han Ye Ri attended a press conference to promote their new film Champion in Seoul on April 26.

Dong Seok plays an arm wrestler who wants to become the champion. In order to portray his role well, he learnt from professional athletes and gained 21 inches of muscle.

When asked how he tackled the crying scenes, he said, "I’m not someone who cries easily so I was worried when I saw the script at first. But thanks to the depth of the role, I was able to cry naturally."
