Netizens Are Convinced That G.E.M. Got A Nose Job After Seeing Her Recent Posts

Guess netizens are getting bored. Last week, Hongkong singer G.E.M. shared a number of pictures online, showing off her chic outfit, only to get a flurry of comments from netizens wondering if she had gotten a nose job recently.

According to these netizens, not only did the 28-year-old’s nose tip look significantly smaller, her nose bridge also appeared straighter and higher as well. 

A few days later, on June 21, G.E.M. posted a short video on her Douyin account, showing off a magic trick that she learnt recently. In that video, the singer’s nose looked even slimmer, resulting in really nasty comments, like this particularly catty one: “Did your original button nose and nostrils get magically transformed [as well]?”

Another netizen went on to write: “Can you change your nose back [to its original form]?"

However, G.E.M.’s fans quickly came to her rescue, sharing some photos that her work studio had released on Weibo earlier. These new pics were posted on the same day G.E.M. had made her original Instagram post, and showed the singer posing in the same outfit as well. 

Using these photos, her fans reasoned that G.E.M’s make-up artist probably went a little heavy-handed with the nose contouring that day.

They also pointed out the heavy brown contour that's visible in this particular photo in hope that it would dispel all plastic surgery accusations on G.E.M.'s behalf.
