Wang Leehom holds free New Year's Day concert

​Taiwanese singer-actor Wang Leehom held his annual free concert at Taipei's Da'an Park on New Year's Day.

The wide open space meant that more people could come and watch the show. Despite the cold rain, many fans braved the weather to watch Leehom perform for two and a half hours. Besides his own hits, other tracks he sang included 'Shallow' from the soundtrack of A Star is Born, Ed Sheeran's 'Perfect', and the classic anthem 'You Raise Me Up'.

Throughout the showcase, Leehom kept reminding fans to stay warm, use umbrellas or wear raincoats, and to not litter in the park.
