This Hongkong Actress Protects Herself From COVID-19 In The Most Drama Way

With the number of COVID-19 cases fast increasing around the world, everyone is taking all sorts of measures to protect themselves. Like Hongkong actress Florence Kwok, who got creative while on a flight to Kuala Lumpur for work.

In a clip titled “Full gear” that was uploaded on her socials, the 51-year-old showed off her 'battle suit' which consisted of a shower cap, raincoat, goggles, disposable gloves, as well as a portable mist fan.  

As if there wasn’t enough protection, Florence even confessed to not eating and drinking throughout the flight. In fact, she did not even use the toilet.

While some commended her for her efforts, dumbfounded netizens found her actions ludicrous and chided her for “causing panic”. 

“Is this really necessary? You are a public figure! It's better to urge everyone to stay home,” criticised a follower. “Go back to Hongkong, don't bring the virus to my country. We don't welcome you, please don't come!” ranted a Malaysian netizen.

​Funnily enough, Florence took off all her protective gear upon touching down and went to “chill” in town, without even donning a face mask.
